Starting cooperation with a
globally recognized multinational company, Trizma is looking to hire
high language skilled candidates to provide quality support to different
European markets, on the following position:
Senior Service Design Consultant
Primary function of this position is to meet Customer needs and align them with company’s organization and policies. Senior service design consultant will provide:
- technical review and approval of new opportunities
- technical design of networks between company and customers
- security expertise, technical risk analysis
- support for: Sales and Account teams, Solution Architects and other Global groups, including Marketing and ITS, who need to understand the technical customer requirements, both in short and long term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution excellence – design of large WCS opportunities and non-standard components, support and assists S&A teams, collect and manage feedback for continuous process improvement, monitor and support complex WCS transitions and implementations, ensure that technical requirements, risks, supporting components are fully identified.
- SOW accuracy and integrity – validate Technical/Operational service delivery components of SOW, provide Input on SOW template development.
- Management support – review and approve technical solution requirements , provide recommendation for infrastructure/technology investments, minimize costs by insuring adequate level of standardization, understand customer requirements and deliverable solutions so they remain profitable
Qualification:
- 5-10 years technical experience including hardware and software for tools and networking
- 3-5 years related operational experience
- Ability to work under tight timelines in a demanding environment
- Evaluates risk independently and propose contingency plans
- Good business acumen and ability to negotiate up-sell and margin improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Takes a leadership role in challenging standard approaches
- Provide Business Impact Analysis at an enterprise level
