Start-Up and Commissioning Technician

Start-up and Commissioning Technician should be able to:

• Act as a consultant/technician in production-based companies, implementing start-up projects.
• Organize implementation processes according to quality and safety standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge in process setup and resource planning.
• Work on site (in Tanneries) 40–60% of the year.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement process control equipment, start-up and parameterization of equipment.
• Plan, write, and implement projects – PCM.
• Provide training in process control.
• Deliver customer service on-site in factories and remotely from the office.
• Troubleshoot issues both remotely and on-site.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates should be highly conceptual and at the same time we also need hands-on people as we are in a very hands-on and demanding industry.
• Experience in commissioning equipment.
• Educational background should be Electro/Mechatronics with a high school degree, or faculty degree, and preference is given to candidates with high school degree but with more work experience.
• Experience and knowhow with SIEMENS components:
• Step 7 (Simatic manager and TIA Portal).
• PLC: Siemens S7-400; S7-1200
• Drives: Siemens G120-C; Toshiba VF-AS3, VF-PS1
• PLC software (STL; SCL; LAD)
• WinCC
• Knowledge in EPLAN is desirable.
• Minimum language requirements:
• advanced in English.
• Italian, German and any other language is advantage.
• Preference are candidates with EU passport.
