Supply Chain Coordinator Team Leader

For our client, a leading global logistics company, we are seeking an experienced and proactive professional for the position of Supply Chain Coordinator Team Leader. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of supply chain operations, including coordination with vendors and internal teams, transport planning and execution, and ensuring timely delivery of client orders with all required documentation. The role includes oversight of a team of 10 and active involvement in optimizing processes, managing exceptions, and ensuring compliance with company and client standards. Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders from planning to delivery, selecting the optimal carriers/vendors
• Monitor and adjust transport modes and service levels to meet delivery timelines
• Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams on order status and potential delays
• Ensure continuous information flow between carriers, suppliers, warehouses, and clients
• Handle exceptions, claims, escalations, and reporting
• Train, mentor, and manage team performance, schedules, and priorities
• Support audits, compliance, and process optimization initiatives

Requirements:

• University degree
• Advanced English and MS Office skills
• Proven experience in international logistics and supply chain operations
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
