SW Support Specialist III

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive SW Support Specialist III to join our team. This role is key in providing end-to-end support for our cloud-based Point-of-Sale (POS) system, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and continuous assistance to our customers. Your main duties will include: Acting as the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding process Understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to support successful implementation Providing training and support across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and remote sessions Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, offering ongoing support and addressing day-to-day inquiries Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with minimal disruption to customer operations Using remote tools to diagnose and resolve software-related challenges Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and solve complex technical problems Working closely with Sales, Support, and Operations teams to ensure a unified customer experience Participating in regular meetings to align on customer needs and service improvement initiatives Reference: RNs-cbmN5UjJOd6-Ri8iLcpGuxoO5UJiKhIjDczP5I8.
