We're now expanding our customer support team based in Central Europe. That's why we're looking for a dedicated specialist to join our team.
About the role
We are growing our sales and need a team member that can be our main point of contact / expert for stair configurations and related questions from our customers.
We also want to strengthen the team with more hands-on experience from the construction industry, so if you have that it would be a great bonus!
You'll be helping customers via email (and sometimes by phone- or video meeting) with everything from small questions to complete stair proposals. You'll also assist with daily operational tasks - no two days are the same!
Here are a few examples of what you'll be working with:
- Answering incoming emails (questions about our stair configurations, customer projects, proposals, delivery – you name it)
- Creating offers for custom designs (a bit of technical sales work)
- Support customers with installation guides
- Helping customers with any support issues, mainly but not limited to technical stair design questions
This is a diverse role where you'll learn a lot on the job, and you'll be an important part of how we operate every day.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who combines strong customer service skills with a technical mindset, and ability to quickly adopt and learn new things. You do not need to be a stair design expert, we will teach you, but you need to be very quick to learn these types of concepts. If you have hands-on experience from carpentry, woodworking, or other building/construction work, it's a great bonus! This background will help you understand our products and support our customers better.
Also, we're looking for someone who loves providing great customer service and understands the value of happy customers. This is a must for all our team members!
Requirements (must-haves)
- Fluent in English (it is our internal language)
- Strong technical understanding, quick to learn new technical concepts
- Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented
- Excited about being part of a small, growing team where your input really matters
Bonus Requirements (extra points)
- German, Swedish (or Danish, Norwegian)
- Previous experience in carpentry, woodworking, or construction-related jobs
