Technical Service Coordinator

On behalf of our client, Samsung Electronics, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position:

Technical Service Coordinator

Main responsibilities will include:

• Providing consumer, sales and technical support
• Coordinating work of partner services and network of technical services  
• Dealing with consumer complaints and inquiries
• Coordinating the work of call centre
• Providing periodic call centre evaluations
• Measuring consumer satisfaction and conducting follow up actions
• Covering all legal issues in accordance with the Serbian law
• Performing activities regarding warranty data and claims
• Providing troubleshooting services
• Maintaining files, such as product warranties, maintenance records, and cost reports

Requirements:

• Technical or economical education (University degree would be an advantage)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in service coordination
• Experience in call centre organization would be an advantage
• Excellent organization, co-ordination, and time-management skills
• Analytical and strategic thinking, problem solving attitude
• Highly customer oriented with strong communication skills
• Good team player and relationship building skills
• Familiar with service IT systems
• Fluency in Engllish language
• PC literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
