In this role, you’ll be the vital link between customers, carriers, and our internal teams - ensuring every shipment arrives on time and every detail is accounted for.

Job location: Niš (office work)

Shift: 3 shifts

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Communicating with customers and carriers via phone and email
• Coordinating with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Able to work all 3 shifts
• Prioritizing time-sensitive loads and identifying special requirements
• Updating internal systems with real-time freight locations
• Collaborating with sales teams to provide status updates
• Troubleshooting and resolving delivery issues
• Supporting other logistics tasks as needed

• Prior tracking experience is a plus
