Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Truck Driver Recruiter to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to identify, engage, and recruit qualified truck drivers.

If you have at least 1+ year of experience in recruiting truck drivers, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Actively search and identify potential truck driver candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess driver qualifications.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and provide information about the company.
• Track and update candidate information in human resources management systems.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all driver requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ready to work the second shift (3 pm-11 pm), flexible
• On site
• You understand Owner Operators documentation
• Ability to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of the transportation industry and relevant regulations.
