Web Development Team Leader
(Belgrade- Athens)

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor in IT or any other relevant area
• 1-3 years of relevant successful Information Systems experience working as a team leader
• Demonstrated proficiency in relevant technologies including Microsoft SQL Server, Classic ASP, ASP.NET, T-SQL, Web Services and XML
• Experience in use of development source control tools such as Microsoft Visual Source Safe or PVCS Version
• Excellent knowledge of English and Serbian language

Main responsibilities:

• Analysis, Development and integration of specific business IT systems
• Responsibility for facilitating the implementation of identified development projects
• Effective promotion and efficient design
• Research for new development methodologies
• Provide advice and analysis
• Leading effectively a development team
• Having knowledge and experience in software analysis, development/integration and implementation in Net framework (C#]
• Understanding of database principles end experience with SQL
• Being able to analyze business needs and applications
• Managing the selection implementation and support of IT systems
• Ability to achieve agreed service delivery to both Internal and external customers

• Structured and organized approach
• Strong written/oral communication skills with ability to effectively create detailed technical design specifications based on user needs
• Strong organizational skills with ability to execute project plans and manage deliverables against strict deadlines
