We are hiring a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an ELD Support Specialist, providing assistance to clients via phone and software. No experience is required—we provide full training!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for ELD devices and software
- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer timely solutions
- Document customer interactions and give feedback for improvements
- Stay updated on ELD technologies and features
- Meet performance standards for customer satisfaction and technical accuracy
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in both Serbian and English
- Availability to workweekends only
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions
