<p>At Alite International we are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team in Belgrade office.</p>

<h3><strong>The ideal candidate should have the following:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>University degree or final year in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related</li>
<li>Good understanding of software QA methodologies, tools and processes</li>
<li>2+ years&rsquo; testing experience</li>
<li>Experience in web application and automated testing</li>
<li>Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases</li>
<li>Knowledge of application functions, bug fixing and testing protocols</li>
<li>Good programming skills including automation systems and databases</li>
<li>Familiarity with programming in Java, C# or similar</li>
<li>Previous experience in agile teams using continuous delivery practices</li>
<li>Proactivity and excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to think analytically with an entrepreneurial attitude to problem solving</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</li>
<li>Experience in cloud based applications is considered as a plus</li>
<li>Experience in AWS is considered as a plus</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Analyzing business and technical requirements alongside with reviewing functional requirements</li>
<li>Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases</li>
<li>Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating testing activities</li>
<li>Identifying, recording, documenting thoroughly and tracking bugs</li>
<li>Delivering high quality software in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Facilitate the UAT/BAT process</li>
<li>Proactive communication with the team to identify system requirements and ensure all defects are raised and resolved</li>

QA Engineer

<li>University degree in Computer Science or related field</li>
<li>Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills</li>
<li>Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge of English</li>
<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills</li>

<li>Performing requirements analysis and capturing requirements in user story formats</li>
<li>Gather and analyze the requirements for the new solution in close cooperation with business experts, product owners and application engineers in an agile environment</li>
<li>Translate requirements into system specifications, covering all aspects of the new solution (functional/non-functional requirements, process and/or data models, &hellip;)</li>
<li>Work closely with customers, business analysts, product owners and software engineers to ensure correct understanding and implementation of the business requirements</li>
<li>Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings</li>
<li>Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts</li>
<li>Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements</li>
<li>Supporting the project/scrum master by providing inputs into the development of project plans, and monitoring of performance</li>
<li>Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements</li>
<li>Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects</li>
</ul>
