WHO ARE WE?


Our name, DIBS42, stands for Digital Integrated Building Solutions, and 42 is the answer to all your questions – don’t believe us? Just google it! We are a group of enthusiastic BIM nerds, who can seamlessly connect the virtual building process with the physical one, specialized in architecture, mechanical and electrical engineering.


WHAT DO WE DO?


DIBS42 is the new generation of BIM specialists that create reliable, high-quality digital design solutions that are fully adapted to the needs of the construction industry. We focus on making the implementation of BIM throughout the lifecycle of a project, as simple as possible, by providing clarity, practical and straightforward information.


We care about our communities and environment thus we operate responsibly and develop better and smarter solutions to existing building challenges. We are actively working on developing sustainable, environment-friendly solutions in which people can grow with purpose.


OUR OFFICE LOCATIONS


We have fast growing offices in the Netherlands and Serbia! In either, you can find a team of hard-working engineers. The vibes can get a bit stressful around deadlines, but usually there’s music, chatting, Jenga and coffee. These teams consist of BIM experts who have managed, produced and coordinated acclaimed projects around Europe, as well as our Junior Engineers who put in effort to learn and grow, every day.

Proces selekcije

Step 1: Posting Positions and Collecting Resumes


We announce all open positions on our website and social media platforms. Most open positions can also be found on Infostud or Helloworld, depending on the role.


After we receive your application and motivational letter, you will receive a confirmation email, ensuring that your application has been received. If you don't receive it, feel free to reach out to us just to be sure. This marks the first step, so relax and wait for our HR generalists, Marija or Andrijana, to contact you.


Step 2: Evaluation of Received Resumes


The next step involves reviewing applications. We are aware of the time you invested in preparing your application, so we make an effort to thoroughly review each one. This may take some time, but rest assured that every application is reviewed by a real person, and we respond promptly (confirmed by Infostud).


Submitting your application also implies consent for us to keep your resume in our database for future openings. This means that if you're not selected immediately, we will keep you in mind for future positions that seem like a good fit for you!

Step 3: Interview


Our HR team will contact you to schedule the first interview, which can be either in person or online. Here's what you can expect:


- An introductory interview with the HR team, usually informal, focusing on aligning company and personal values and work habits.

- A technical interview following the completion of a technical task. These tasks are designed to quickly assess your current knowledge level so that we can plan appropriate training when you join. Clear instructions and a deadline will be provided.

- An in-person interview with the manager/department head and possibly the director. This is often the final round and covers a bit of everything. It's also an opportunity for you to ask questions and learn more about us.


These steps may vary depending on the position you're applying for.


P.S. If there's an in-person meeting and you enjoy coffee, be prepared to try the best in town, at least according to our opinion.


You can expect our response within 5-7 days at any stage of the interview.


Step 4: Onboarding / First Day at DIBS42


We've reached your (potential) first day! 🙂

You'll have an introductory meeting with the director/your direct manager where the company and our work culture will be presented. After a brief presentation, HR will assist you with documentation, provide equipment, and give you time to meet colleagues, explore the office, enjoy games, and our famous coffee. We believe that with the support of your colleagues, your first month will pass smoothly and quickly.
