As a Support Specialist, in our Technical Support team you will be:
- Handling administrative and operational processes related to POS terminals, including activation, replacement, and deactivation requests
- Monitoring POS transactions and preparing regular reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Acting as the main point of contact with merchants, service providers, customer service, and technical support teams
- Troubleshooting technical and functional issues with POS devices and transactions
- Preparing and analyzing data to support sales, finance, and marketing functions
- Maintaining and updating internal data and CRM systems
- Providing logistical and documentation support (e.g., contracts, archiving, internal procedures)
- Collaborating with IT, Legal, and other departments on business initiatives, regulatory compliance, and process improvements
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics, Engineering, or Organizational Sciences)
- Previous experience in operations, customer service, technical support, or business/data analysis is an advantage
- Background in fintech, banking, or software development is highly valued
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and ticketing tools (e.g., Creatio, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce)
- Basic understanding of card payment processes and POS infrastructure is desirable
