Accounting Specialist

Currently, we are looking for a highly professional Accountant, ideally with a background in the IT industry, - to be responsible for managing all business transactions.

Your Tasks

Record and reconcile financial transactions to ensure all business transactions are accounted for and accurately reflected in financial statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments and maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account closings to ensure all financial activities are accurately recorded and reported on time.
Be part of a team to prepare financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with all legal accounting regulation, accuracy, and timelines.
Collaborate closely with internal and external auditors during financial audits, providing essential documentation and explanations to facilitate thorough reviews.
Assist in tax or financial statement preparations.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a similar area;
3+ years of experience as an Accountant or Finance specialist;
Excellent knowledge of accounting legislation and in-depth understanding of relevant IFRS accounting principles;
Proven experience with preparing monthly VAT filings and year-end closing process;
Additional qualification (certified accountant) considered an advantage;
Proficient MS Office skills (particularly Excel/Google Sheets);
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Fluent English – both written and spoken is mandatory.
