Junior QA Specialist

Job Description:

• Execute manual testing of web-based applications and APIs
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test plans
• Identify, document, and track bugs through the resolution process
• Perform regression testing to ensure fixes don't introduce new issues
• Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and resolve issues
• Conduct UI/UX testing across different browsers and devices
• Communicate testing results clearly to team members and stakeholders

Necessary Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Basic experience with manual testing methodologies and practices
• Ability to create comprehensive test cases and bug reports
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Basic knowledge of JSON and XML data formats
• Basic understanding of how APIs work (request/response patterns)
• Strong communication and social skills

Useful Qualifications:

• Experience with Postman or similar API testing tools
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS)
• Basic understanding of SQL for database validation
• Experience with testing in an Agile development environment
• Knowledge of test automation concepts (no programming required)
