IT Recruiter

AMBACIA is a French company specialized in IT recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) services. With a solid presence in Croatia since 2008, we are now expanding our EOR activities in Serbia - and we're building a dynamic new team.

We are looking for motivated and reliable candidates ready to grow with us as an:

IT Recruiter (m/f) / Full-time or freelance 

you will play a key part in delivering high-quality recruitment services to our local or international clients. You'll work closely with hiring managers and candidates to manage end-to-end recruitment processes — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.

As part of the Adria recruiting team, you will exchange with recruiters and sales colleagues from the region.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and Head of recruitment to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and networking
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and candidate communication
• Support offer and negotiation processes
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Contribute to employer branding and sourcing strategies
• Keep applicant tracking systems and documentation up to date

What we expect from you:

• Strong interest in recruitment and the IT/tech or engineering industry
• 3+ year of experience in IT /engineering recruitment (in-house or agency) is preferred
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and engage with tech candidates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Collaborative spirit and a client-focused approach
• Independent and self-reliable but still willing to evolve in a mid-sized organisation

Education & Language Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Proficiency in Serbian and English (both required)
