Job Description
An established multi-family office located in Zurich, with a strong focus on international clientele, is seeking a highly dynamic individual to fill the full-time position of Office Manager for our group member in Belgrade. Responsibilities as our Office Manager
- Manage daily office activities
- Property management
- Maintain the office filing system
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records, such as in the CRM
Required Qualifications/Knowledge
- 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role within an international company
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong command of written and spoken English, knowledge of German is a plus
- Experience in bookkeeping and banking is an advantage
