For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – Shuffler Team Lead with English (day and night shifts).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Regularly mentor and coach team members, assisting with their personal and professional development by providing feedback, setting goals, and guiding performance improvement;
- Encourage teamwork by facilitating clear communication and organizing regular meetings to ensure alignment on team objectives and expectations;
- Help achieve organizational objectives by executing effective training and development activities aligned with the company’s core values, policies, and performance metrics;
- Oversee team operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing attendance, and addressing any disciplinary or conflict-related issues swiftly and fairly;
- Assess the development needs of individuals and the team, collaborating with the training department to design relevant learning programs.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English – both written and spoken;
- At least one year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a proven track record of managing and developing a team;
- Previous experience in the iGaming or Live Casino industry is advantageous, offering familiarity with industry-specific demands and operations;
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate, guide, and manage a team toward achieving shared goals;
- Willingness to work different shifts in a 24/7 environment;
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of providing clear guidance, addressing issues, and promoting collaboration within the team.
