Back Office Sales Support

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher – economic or technical orientation
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar job
• Desirable experience in ERP system (NAV, SAP, Pantheon… ..) 
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• Required knowledge of English (advanced level); knowledge of other languages will be considered as advantage
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Job description:

• Active verbal and written communication with clients 
• Receiving purchasing orders from the customers and issuing related order confirmations
• Input the orders data into the ERP system
• Active communication with the technical department
• Preparation of sales calculations and offers
• Providing all the necessary data or reports to the sales team
