About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong focus on end-to-end project execution in digital banking and financial IT solutions. You will be responsible for coordinating the development of new solutions and improving existing ones, ensuring smooth project delivery for our clients.
You will work closely with development teams to monitor progress, align goals, and meet deadlines. You will analyze challenges, propose solutions, and facilitate team discussions, contributing directly to the success of our clients and projects.
- Own and drive the entire lifecycle of projects – from requirements gathering to delivery.
- Ensure smooth execution of project tasks and timelines.
- Follow up with development teams, remove roadblocks, and provide necessary support.
- Work closely with stakeholders, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.
- Use project management tools (such as Jira, Click Up, MS Project) to track progress.
- Deliver projects within agreed scope, cost, and timelines.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues, escalating when necessary.
- Manage staffing and resource allocation across different project phases.
- Contribute to and review project proposals, timeframes, budgets, and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (economics, finance, business, or IT).
- Experience: 3+ years in project management or related coordination roles (PMO, business analysis, IT project coordination). Previous experience in financial services is a strong advantage.
- Languages: Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project workflows and tools (Jira, Click Up, MS Project). Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Skills: Strong planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, reliable, adaptable, and a strong team player. Solution-oriented, with a ‘How it can work, not why it can’t’’ mindset.
Work Environment
- This role is office-based in Belgrade. Regular presence in the office is required to enable close collaboration with the team.
