Finance Business Partner

About the Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the Business Unit General Manager and the Group CFO by delivering financial insights. You’ll lead initiatives in cost optimization, performance tracking, and strategic planning across company’s manufacturing operations.

More specifically, your daily activities would include:

• Reinforcing management control to monitor and analyze financial performance of plant operations
• Driving cost efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to support strategic decisions
• Ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and audit coordination
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, accounting) to align financial and business goals
• Acting as a strategic business partner by delivering financial insight for key decisions

What qualifications should you have to be successful in this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA will be considered a plus)
• At least 8 years of senior finance/controlling experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in ERP systems and data analytics tools (familiarity with SAP 4 Hana is a plus)

What does the selection process look like?
