Junior Open-Source Intelligence Analyst

Requirements:

• Minimum High school education degree
• Fluency in English and French, along with adequate computer skills are prerequisite
• Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills
• Previous analytical or online investigative work experience is a plus, but not required, as training opportunities are provided by the firm

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing data from various online sources, such as e-markets, social networks, search engines, domain names, etc., to identify trends, themes, investigative opportunities, and key findings relevant to the investigation;
• Reporting the results of the research to the senior analyst;
• Proactive execution of operational tasks in all areas of brand protection, analysis, and management of upcoming deadlines for undertaking activities/determination of deadlines/review and processing of daily mail;
• Assisting in maintaining the internal database;
• Actively proposing and as a team representative participating in team and cross-team projects and completing agreed tasks within agreed deadlines;
• Performing other duties and special projects as necessary – may involve handling confidential and sensitive material.
