Job responsibilities:
I Market development and customer management
1. Development and maintenance of customer relationships:
* In charge of new customer acquisition and ongoing relationship management with existing clients in the fields of transportation, such as roads and railways, energy and power. Regular visits to customers, such as general contractors, design institutes, etc.) in order to understand customers’ needs.
* Establish and manage customer profiles, analyze procurement cycles and decision-making processes, and develop targeted sales strategies accordingly.
2. Industry market analysis:
* Track the dynamics of the electromechanical integration industry and identify potential market opportunities.
II Bidding process execution 
1. Project follow-up and bidding:
* Responsible for the entire project process from inquiry, scheme design, quotation to contract signing; able to coordinate the technical team to provide solutions such as smart transportation systems, smart parking systems, and product equipment selection.
* Participate in bidding projects, prepare bids, follow up the bidding process, and ensure compliance and competitiveness.
* Those with experience in operating and bidding for loan projects of multilateral development banks such as the World Bank and the European Bank will be given priority.
2. Contract negotiation and signing:
* Negotiate technical terms, delivery cycles, payment methods, etc. with customers to promote the smooth signing of contracts.
* Manage business matters such as contract amendments and claims to minimize company risk.

Job requirements:
1. Have good communication and business skills
2. Be familiar with weak current intelligent engineering systems; understand basic network technology knoweledge, video surveillance technology, audio and video technology, etc.;
3. 1-3 years of work experience in the market or related fields; preference will be given to candidates with experience in transportation and smart city sectors.
4. Be creative, able to keep up with market trends, and propose novel market strategies.
5. Have a high sense of responsibility, be able to maintain efficient work in a fast-paced environment, and have a good team spirit.
6. Proficient in both English and Serbian.
