AOS is our high-performance Belgrade-based operations team and performs sales, scheduling, and client outreach. We are searching for innovative and focused individuals to join our Client Support Team. The Client Support Specialist is responsible for the delivery of high-quality service from our US-based field staff.
The successful candidate will promote the growth of the business and ensure performance standards are maintained. This position receives a salary and annual bonus based on performance. We are looking for an individual who enjoys being a leader and delivering great Customer Service to every client on every level!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use inbound and outbound calls and digital messaging to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
- Perform Service Pro and Sales Pro scheduling and service delivery-related functions.
- Promote client retention and growth while maintaining the highest standard of service.
- Monitor and support real-time job completion and equipment usage.
- Maintain competency in company service and work with Service Professionals to promote service enhancements and growth initiatives.
Skills Required:
- Excellent English (US) written, spoken, and comprehension skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and proceed with empathy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic team-oriented environment
- Great at following directions and a good sense of empathy
- At least 2 years of experience in field service operations and/or client service environments
