JOB SCOPE

• Regularly communicates with and visits Air Serbia agents, clients and points of sale in the markets within his/her scope of responsibilities;
• Establishes contacts with new clients, while maintaining existing business relationships;
• Liaises with relevant airport and government market-related institutions within his/her scope of responsibilities;
• Responsible for achieving sales targets in the markets within his/her scope of responsibilities, both through indirect sales channels and direct sales by representative offices or GSAs;
• Develops and implements sales strategy in markets which are within his/her scope of responsibilities;
• Proposes, prepares and agrees sales activities aimed toward stimulating sales in the markets which are within his/her scope of responsibilities;
• Communicates Information about any relevant promotional activities to agencies within the markets for which he/she is responsible;
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, competitor activities, and any other information relevant to the market.

MINIMUM CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS

• College/university diploma (VI/VII level of education)
• At least 2 years' experience in sales
• Advanced knowledge of Serbian and English, Chinese will be considered an asset
• Work experience in aviation or tourism will be considered an asset
