Location: Belgrade (Currently, we are three days per week in the office, subject to change)
Work hours: Mon - Fri 2-10pm Belgrade time

We're looking for a Member Experience Associate to join the Exchange Team at CompStak to help deliver outstanding support to our growing community of members. This position will be responsible for providing timely, empathetic, and solution-oriented assistance via chat and email, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate across teams, build deep product knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes. What You’ll Do

  • Provide timely and empathetic support to members via chat and email (no phone communication)
  • Guide users through our platform and help resolve issues related to account activity
  • Create and inform the Exchange and Enterprise teams of customer service tactics and best practices, including reporting
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently assist platform members
  • Identify trends in member feedback and contribute ideas for improving our processes and tools

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or support role
  • Excellent written English communication skills - clear, concise, and friendly
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Experience with Userflow software is a BIG plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and switching between different support cases
  • A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
