Our client is Rakita Exploration d.o.o, specialized in geology exploration and mining. To support their start up operations, Adecco is searching for enthusiastic, proactive and motivated candidates for the following position based in Bor:
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
Objective:
- Contribute and facilitate activities of Administration Department related to drafting and monitoring company’s business contracts
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- At least two years of working experience it this or similar work field
- Fluency in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms
Main responsibilities:
- Work with different levels of personnel within an organization to analyse and solidify an overall contract strategy
- Prepare services and purchase contracts
- Coordinate actions with procurement and legal teams if needed (in company and external)
- Report status of current contract processes to management
- Establishing legal nature of the contract, instructions on the content, essential elements of the contract validity
- Establishing standards of the contract related to the type of contract, required elements, language, manner, contract conditions etc
- Create language standards and rules for existing and new contracts
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation stages
- Negotiate terms, conditions and pricing, and ensure they are accurately executed and satisfied
- Follow up to guarantee contractual payments have been made
- Analyse potential risks that contract changes may pose to the organization
- Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed
- Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shipping’s)
- Maintain organized system of physical and digital records
- Reports timely and accurately to his superior and is responsible for data accuracy,
- Adhering to ethical principles of the profession and acting in accordance with company policies and procedures,
- Performing other duties within their education at the request of the immediate superior ,
- He/she is obliged and responsible, within the scope of his/her work, to implement measures for safe and healthy work in accordance with the safety and health at work, other relevant regulations and the Rules on Safety and Health at Work,
- Observing environmental measures and fire protection within the scope of his/hers duties,
- Participating in ensuring the functioning of the quality system in accordance with quality standards

- Effective ability to negotiate and execute contracts
