We’re looking for a technically strong Data Analytics Project Manager to lead the setup, integration, and optimization of our digital marketing data infrastructure. This role requires someone hands-on with data visualization, dashboard development, and API connections, who also understands how performance metrics support business decisions.
You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing and data, owning the technical side of performance reporting and driving actionable insights via tools like Salesforce Datorama, Google Analytics, and other marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the technical side of digital marketing data reporting
- Build and optimize Salesforce Datorama dashboards and ensure data accuracy across platforms
- Set up and maintain API connections and automated pipelines with platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Google Ads,
- GA4, TikTok, Amazon, etc.
- Collaborate with data engineers and marketing teams to ensure clean, connected, and scalable data flows
- Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot inconsistencies across sources
- Translate data into clear, usable visuals and reports for internal stakeholders
Must-Have Technical Skills
- 2–3+ years of experience in data analytics, data reporting, or BI in marketing or digital environments
- Advanced skills in data visualization and dashboard tools, especially Salesforce Datorama
- Strong grasp of data structures, ETL processes, and familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, or Python
- Understanding of digital marketing KPIs (CPC, ROAS, CLV, etc.) and data granularity challenges
- Experience working with marketing data across multiple platforms and markets
- Able to work independently and manage technical projects end-to-end
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with campaign tagging (UTMs, pixels), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GA4
- Hands-on experience with digital media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.)
- Comfortable working fully remotely with international teams
- Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented
