Hisense Europe Customer Care Centar DOO Beograd is looking for a new colleague in the Aftersales department for the position of Customer Care Contact Center Agent for the Danish markets.

Conditions and necessary skills:
- Minimum high school diploma;
- Minimum 24 months of work experience in similar positions;
- Proficiency in the Danish language (native-level speaker);
- Computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office software package;
- Communication skills, accuracy, reliability, professionalism;
- Organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team;
- Customer-oriented;
- Strong understanding of the industry.
Job Description - Customer Contact Center Agent:
- Answering phone calls for the specified markets;
- Resolving customer complaints and claims for the specified markets;
- Entering complaints into the Service application;
- Providing information to users regarding device features and operation, promotions and marketing campaigns;
- Monitoring and processing official emails (complaints, claims, etc.);
- Performing other operational tasks as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
