Customer Experience Representative for Cryptocurrency (Italian & English)

• Providing assistance to other team members

What we expect from you:

• Excellent knowledge of both Italian and English language (written and verbal) – C2 level *this is a bilingual position, both languages are required
• Good organizational skills
• Ability of properly business communication with colleagues
• Ability to empathize
• Very precise, thoughtful and responsible towards their assignment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Tech savvy
• Previous experience with crypto or financial industries desirable, but not mandatory
