Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves managing customer interactions related to customized orders and deliveries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delivery delays, product quality, and general inquiries.
- Assist customers with order placement, customization options, and previewing final products.
- Track and follow-up on orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and update customer accounts and order information.
- Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and potential improvements.
- Work closely with logistics and production teams to resolve any order-related issues.
- Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
- Proven experience as a customer service representative or similar role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and dissatisfied customers with patience and professionalism.
- Experience with CRM software and practices.
- Detail-oriented with a customer-focused attitude.
- Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
