Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the team to accomplish the production targets
- Manage, support, and mentor team members to guarantee optimum performance
- Monitor KPIs and create action plans to accomplish and exceed targets
- Schedule the daily operations and regularly encourage the team
Requirements:
- University or College degree
- At least one (1) year of experience as a team leader in a call center context
- High level of the English language (written and spoken)
- Minimum two (2) years of overall experience in a call center context
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Customer-centric mindset with a results-focused approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
