We are looking for an experienced Senior Node.js Developer for an international startup, focusing on supporting financial institutions and digital asset holders with automating onboarding processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a backend engineer with a strong technical background
- Deep understanding of REST APIs and hands-on experience working with them
- Ability to write well-structured, efficient, and testable code
- Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript development
- Passion for blockchain technology, and staying informed about the latest trends
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive initiatives and strategic decisions
Nice to have:
- Experience with NestJS.
- Familiarity with React.
Responsibilities:
- Improve the performance of our high-traffic asynchronous pipelines, ensuring they run efficiently even under heavy loads.
- Take ownership of your work through all development stages, following our "you build it, you run it" philosophy.
- Write clean, maintainable code while developing scalable solutions to support future growth and reduce technical debt.
- Explore blockchain technology to analyze interactions between different chains and exchanges, optimizing algorithms for faster data processing.
- Collaborate closely with frontend and infrastructure teams to implement impactful solutions that elevate our product.
- Research and build AI-driven solutions that enhance user experience, helping compliance analysts create detailed reports more efficiently.
