EU GMS Coordinator Support Services (German and English language)

Your main responsibilities would be:

• Oversees GMS support functions on an operational level, specifically 
• Be the liaison between Supply Chain and GMS EU 
• Facilitating as contact point for agents and warehouse team requests
• Be the contact to all carrier
• Liaison between GMS and EU legal 
• Supports with preparation of paperwork for legal cases in communication with state authorities, consumer agencies, and private entities in German language, Tier 2 team management and handling their requests and questions in cooperation with Back Office EU

What are we looking for:

• A minimum of 3 year experience in a commercial position, with experience in a customer centric environment stakeholders and brands while delivering an intuitive solution
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to oversee and manage a granular multi-task workload 
• Experience working cross-functionally with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners/clients 
• Ability to solve problems creatively
• Independent in the management of the tasks and priorities
• Patient, respectful and can work with diverse personalities and nationalities
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and excellent team player
• Good sense of humor
