Your key responsibilities

There are a wide range of exciting projects that you will be able to get involved in. You will work with clients at all levels to help them navigate the ESG agenda. Topics we cover include:

• Responsible, sustainable and impact investment

Skills and attributes for success

• Ability to analyze complex or unusual issues in the context of client ESG engagements and deliver insightful and pragmatic solutions
• Proven track record in managing large and complex sized projects
• Undertaking a key account management role for major key clients
• Excellent business development skills

To qualify for the role you must have

• A degree, preferably in business, agriculture, ecology, engineering, accounting, or other sustainability related discipline
• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and codes of practice in area of technical discipline (sustainability reporting standards frameworks, industry specific requirements)
• At least 5 – 8  years of experience in audit or in a large and dynamic organizations and Climate Change & Sustainability consulting experience
• Knowledge and interest in sustainability related areas or topics
• Extensive experience working and leading in a team-based environment
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Strong project management and personnel management skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Professional presence with the ability to engage management level clients as well as internal leadership stakeholders
• Ability to analyze complex or unusual issues in the context of client engagements and deliver insightful and pragmatic solutions
• Experience in similar roles in FMCG, Financial Services or Energy and Utilities industries will be a plus!
