The opportunity: 

We are looking for Junior In-House Legal Counsel and welcome applications from motivated individuals eager to grow their career in our dynamic environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

Providing assistance to Country General Counsel in following areas:

• Legal research and legal advice in various areas of law (mainly corporate, commercial and labor) for jurisdictions of Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina
• Legal support to engagement teams (drafting and negotiating commercial agreements) and internal functions (HR, finance, office administration and marketing)
• Data privacy, anti-money laundering and other compliance matters
• Drafting and updating various internal legal regulations
• Assisting in M&A and corporate restructuring projects

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Degree in Law
• Preferably up to 3 years of related working experience in a multinational company or top tier law firm
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Team player, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
