Your Role

• Take full ownership of Google Ads – strategy, execution, and scaling.
• Manage large budgets with full accountability for ROAS.
• Set up and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube.
• Track and analyze performance data (CPC, CTR, CAC, LTV) and iterate fast.
• Work closely with our creative team to test ad copy and visuals.
• Align closely with SEO, content, and ASO teams for full-funnel performance.

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone who has shown excellence in at least one area (academics, sports, personal projects, hobbies, competitions, side hustles), or has been above average across several disciplines. (Please include this in the Cover Letter section)
• 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with proven results.
• Strong understanding of ad performance metrics and attribution models.
• Comfortable with GA4, GTM, and tracking setup.
• Analytical, reliable, and proactive with a bias for action.
• Bonus: experience with international markets, mobile ads, ed tech space
