Finance Officer
Novi Sad
Your Tasks
- Ability to perform various business tasks, including data entry
- Creating invoices, performing various analysis, communicating invoice issues to management and resolving customer invoicing problems
- Produces client invoices using our own system and performs quality assurance, inspection and necessary corrections on all invoice transactions, as they relate to specific client requirements
- Effectively communicates with internal clients regarding their invoices for purposes such as clarifying specific transactions, addressing requested invoice changes made by the clients, or invoice format
- Provides other departments or clients with ad-hoc client reports or other reports based upon data outputs, as required
- Effectively & professionally communicates with staff at all levels
- Prepares and analyzes various reporting, as assigned
- Archive client contracts
- Various HR administration activities such as assessments, on boarding, recruitment, HR business partnering
Our Requirements
- Academic degree - BSc/MSc in Economics (Finance area)
- 3+ Years experience in Finance (Controlling and Accounting; Invoice Management), HR experience a plus
- Fluent in English is a must (oral and written)
- Fluent in German is a plus
