As a Product Owner, you’ll be the bridge between business needs and technical execution—defining vision, shaping strategy, and ensuring that every product we deliver brings real value to our teams and our company’s long-term goals.
What You’ll Do
- Define and communicate theproduct vision, roadmap, and strategy for in-house projects.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
- Own and refine a prioritized product backlog, ensuring focus on impact and efficiency.
- Work closely with development, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Gather feedback and analyze data to guide product decisions and continuous improvements.
- Track and evaluate product performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Act as the voice of the business, championing user needs and ensuring delivery meets expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex ideas in a clear, concise way.
- Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with software development concepts and web technologies.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Notion, or similar.
