Now, we’re looking for new colleagues in our Belgrade and Novi Sad offices to join our Customer Experience team.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate reservations and bookings, ensuring every ride is handled seamlessly.
- Support clients and drivers by solving inquiries efficiently and clearly.
- Monitor ongoing trips, troubleshoot issues, and provide real-time updates.
- Build strong client relationships by delivering consistent, professional communication.
What You Bring
- Previous customer support/service experience.
- Excellent English skills (C1/C2).
- Flexibility to work in 2nd and 3rd shifts, including weekends.
- Strong communication skills, tech-savviness, and a proactive approach.
