What You’ll Do:
- Launch, manage & scale FB/IG campaigns ($5K–$15K/day)
- Analyze performance daily (CPL, CTR, ROAS, retention, etc.)
- Collaborate with in-house creatives, devs & support
- Run structured testing, spot winners fast
- Handle pixel setup, tracking & attribution
What You Bring:
- 1+ year of Meta Ads experience
- Strong grasp of campaign structure, bidding, optimization
- Data-driven, performance-focused mindset
- Comfortable with high spend + fast decisions
- Bonus: Experience in compliance-heavy verticals & ad review strategy
