We partner with clients from around the world to elevate their online presence and grow their businesses through customized, data-backed solutions. We're now seeking a dynamic and organized Sales & Operations Manager to help us scale to the next level.
Role Overview
As our Sales & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition and retention, overseeing project execution, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of a small team (5-10) of digital marketing resources. You’ll lead communications with clients, prepare strategy proposals using tools like AHREFS (using an existing process), and coordinate with our team of developers, writers, and designers. This role demands excellent communication, multitasking, and strategic thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Sales
- Identify, qualify, and convert new leads through strategic outreach.
- Conduct discovery calls and sales meetings to understand client needs.
- Prepare SEO audits and digital marketing proposals using AHREFS.com and other SEO tools.
- Deliver compelling presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track performance metrics.
- Project & Operations Management
- Oversee the delivery of web design, SEO, and marketing projects.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.
- Improve internal workflows and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Communication & Leadership
- Act as a liaison between the technical team and non-technical stakeholders.
- Translate complex digital strategies into client-friendly language.
- Provide leadership and support across all active accounts and initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or web design services (agency experience preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of AHREFS, Google Analytics, and SEO fundamentals.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with a track record of successful sales or account management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities without sacrificing quality.
- Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
- Bonus: Experience with tools like ClickUp and CRM platforms.
- Availability: 1:30 PM to 10 PM CET x 5 days a week (half an hour for lunch unpaid)
