For our partners from USA, with the office in Serbia - INS company (position can be onsite, hybrid or remote), we are looking for Node.js/Angular Full-Stack Developer.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional programming experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing server-side applications with Node.js
- 3+ years of experience building front-end applications (Angular preferred)
- Solid understanding of software design principles, architecture, and development best practices
- Experience working with databases (preferably NoSQL, e.g., MongoDB)
- Strong knowledge of asynchronous and reactive programming (RxJS is a plus)
- Comfort with writing and maintaining automated tests (unit, integration, and E2E)
- Experience working with REST APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Bonus points:
- Experience with Elastic Search, Kafka, or Redis
- Background in microservices architecture or distributed systems
- Familiarity with Angular Material or similar component libraries
- Experience with real-time technologies like Web Sockets
- Exposure to Kubernetes or cloud-native environments
Responsibilities:
- Work as a Senior Full-Stack Developer within a cross-functional team, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and design roles
- Write clean, scalable, high-performance, and reusable code across both back-end and front-end layers, with a strong focus on testing and maintainability
- Design and implement front-end components and services, ensuring smooth integration with back-end APIs and third-party services
- Optimize both server-side and client-side code for speed, efficiency, and scalability in production environments
- Implement and monitor application metrics and logs to ensure system reliability and proactively detect regressions
- Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and E2E) to ensure application robustness and stability
- Maintain, refactor, and improve existing libraries, modules, and components as needed
- Ensure systems and applications follow best practices for security, compliance, and accessibility
- Participate in code reviews, sharing and receiving feedback to maintain high code quality across the stack Write and maintain technical documentation related to both front-end and back-end components and workflows
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and technical decision-making
- Evaluate and introduce tools or workflows that improve engineering productivity
- Take part in the hiring process by contributing to candidate evaluation and interviews
