HR ADMINISTRATOR

BizLink is looking for an HR Administrator for our production facility in Prokuplje.
We manufacture cables, wiring harnesses, power cords, connectors and related interconnect devices.
Job Summary:
- Responsible for running HR office and company archive services
- Organizes business trips and prepares relevant documentation
- Coordinates activities related to the provision of canteen services, transportation of employees, regulation of parking, vending machines, etc
- Responsible for logistics related to administering the stay of the guests
- Performs administrative activities in the field of personnel administration management related to labor relations
- Actively participates in HR projects
Education & Experience Requirements:
- To cope well with administrative tasks
- Analytical thought and action and readiness to take responsibility
- Good command of English language
- Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheet, Doc)
- Soft skills: proactive, persistent, high integrity, team oriented and flexible
