HR Manager

For the construction of our new production plant in Subotica, we are looking for an HR Manager (m/f) who will shape HR work from the very beginning with professional competence, pragmatism and commitment and set the course for a successful future. 

As an HR manager, you will be part of the core team and make a significant contribution to building up HR work efficiently and professionally.

Main

• Development and implementation of all HR processes, adapted to the specific requirements of the new location.
• Development and implementation of strategies for recruitment, development and retention of personnel.
• Ensuring legally compliant and efficient personnel administration, including employment contracts, payslips and personnel files.
• Creation of personnel statistics and reports to support strategic decisions.
• Introduction of modern personnel management systems to ensure smooth HR processes.
• Advice and support for management and executives on all HR-related topics.
• Development of training and further education measures to promote employee qualifications.
• Development of concepts to promote teamwork and ensure a positive working atmosphere.
• Cooperation with local authorities and institutions as well as maintenance of external contacts.
• Responsibility for compliance with labour law and social law requirements.

Competencies and requirements

• Completed studies with a focus on human resources management, business administration or comparable qualifications.
• Several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in the production environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Serbian labour law and labour law litigation.
• Strong hands-on mentality and pioneering spirit.
• Very good communication skills and assertiveness.
• High level of initiative and sense of responsibility.
• Very good analytical skills 
• Confident handling of modern HR tools and MS Office applications.
• Fluency in Serbian and English, German is an advantage.
