Hardware Engineer

HARDWARE ENGINEER

Workplace: Niš

Basic responsibilities:

• Design and develop electronic hardware for battery systems inverters an BESS using Altium Designer and other relevant tools;
• Create detailed schematics, layout, and documentation;
• Perform simulations and analysis to ensure design functionality and performance;
• Collaborate with the development team to refine designs based on feedback and testing results;
• Test and validate hardware prototypes, identifying and resolving any issues;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and documentation;
• Maintain and contribute to the organization of our project resources.

Required conditions and experience:

• Experience with Altium Designer or other PCB design software;
• Strong understanding of electronics principles, including analog and digital circuit design;
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach;
• A passion for learning and mastering new technologies, particularly battery-related hardware;
• Basic English language proficiency for communication with the team. (Additional language skills are a plus).
