JOB SCOPE

• Consolidates the annual budget, monthly financial forecasts and strategic three-year / five-year business plans
• Communicates with management to determine goals aligned with corporate goals
• Collaborates with the planning and budgeting team on the analysis of budget deviations and on initiating corrective measures to achieve the company's financial objectives
• Conducts extensive and meaningful analyses of achieved results in relation to objectives and proposes corrective actions
• Responsible for changes in the company's chart of accounts and compliance with accounting reporting in departments
• Works closely with the Treasury to accurately assess cash and working capital needs
• Proposes and implements cost management measures
• Defines corporate governance policies and procedures for this area
• Prepares in good time an appropriate performance measurement package for controlling in the departments
• Actively participates in preparing documentation for the Company general assembly, managing board and other bodies
• Coordinates with external information verification agencies selected by the Company
• Audits controlling reports on business plans for CapEx and budget implementation and provides relevant conclusions
• Organizes, coordinates and prepares studies and analyses related to market research and competition
• Analyses the results of studies and formulates recommendations for the development and selection of the fleet, opening of new routes and improving existing ones

MINIMUM CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS

• University diploma (VII)
• At least 8 years of previous working experience in the field of reporting, controlling and budgeting, of which at least 3 years in management positions in these areas
• Preferable ACCA qualification
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• English – excellent, active
