What kind of a profile we are looking for?
We are looking for a Business Information Manager who will act as a bridge between business teams and the Digital & Technology (D&T) organization. In this role, you will be responsible for data analysis, developing Power BI solutions, and delivering insights that support strategic decision-making. You will also work with Azure and advanced cloud platforms to enable efficient and secure data management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business needs and translate them into analytical and technological solutions
- Design, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
- Implement solutions on the Azure platform and leverage cloud services for data storage, processing, and visualization
- Collaborate with various teams to foster a strong data culture and enable self-service BI capabilities across the business
- Manage analytics projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to implementation and user training
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and security in line with company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in roles such as BI Analyst, Business Information Manager, or similar analytics positions
- Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, report design)
- Experience working with Azure or other cloud platforms
- Understanding of data governance principles, dataflows, and semantic models
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Data Science, or related fields preferred
- Certifications in Power BI or other Microsoft analytics tools are a plus
