Role Overview:

We are seeking a Project Supply Manager to oversee the supply of goods and manage the physical inventory for our project operations. This role is responsible for end-to-end supply and inventory management, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop efficient, cost-effective, and deliverable supply solutions based on project timelines and available supply capabilities, and manage their implementation.
• Manage supply resources and guide supplier preparation to ensure timely delivery and reliable resource support.
• Coordinate and integrate the project arrival plan with the supply plan to enhance operational efficiency and inventory turnover.
• Ensure consistency between system records and physical inventory through full-cycle supply and inventory management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
• Proficiency in English and Serbian (spoken and written)
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; experience in multicultural and multinational environments is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally to neighboring countries
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player
