About the role and the Team: 

This role is a blend of solution design and business analysis. It focuses on analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The role demands an understanding of both business processes and technical aspects, facilitating the delivery of technology solutions that enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.

What will you be doing?

• Engage in the initial stages of project requests to capture and define business needs.
• Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements across multiple departments.
• Develop and review business cases in collaboration with business stakeholders, Solution Architecture team, Finance, and vendors.  
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate communication and understanding between internal development teams and business stakeholders.
• Monitor and optimize the usage of OSS and BSS/CRM systems.
• Identify and communicate potential system improvements and risks, proposing mitigation plans.
• Responsible for documenting requirements, configurations, and change requests.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
• Experience in business/systems analysis or solution architecture
• Experience in project delivery
• Knowledge of OSS/BSS systems
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Ability to engage the business and build strong relationships
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
